I got the wrong Room
Upon checkin I asked if I could be close to rhe laundry room, and the front desk told me all of the 1st floor rooms were taken. I thought that was strange because I was checking in around 4:00. The room I got was on the 3rd floor in the complete opposite corner of the Laundry in the hotel. Once I opened the door I realized this was a double Queen room and I reserved a single King. I immediately called the front desk after I verdified my reservation/ reciept and was taken aback by the front desk response. She told me that it was a Queen on her end and she doesnt have any Kings so she can cancel my reservation and I can look elsewhere if I want. I was shocked at how abrasive and unhelpful she was. I had been traveling for 6 hours through winter conditions. I didnt want to search for a new hotel. I honestly thought she would switch me to the correct room and it would be an easy fix. I have stayed at this hotel before and always thought it was wonderful. My check in experince this time was terrible. Bed was comfortable. Room met expectations for the most part.

Small room but clean and comfortable
Great stay for a quick trip for school sports. The configuration of the room and how tight it felt would be uncomfortable for more than a night but go our plan, it was great! Only negative was the hotel pictures showed a hot tub with the pool and the hot tub was no where to be found.
