It was not entirely clean, the staff don't do much. Breakfast is from the day before. Air conditioning excellent.

Clean, conveniently located hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

II Rivalta - Place of Charm was fantastic! We stayed in the Presidential Suite and was impressed with the size of the room and loved the view overlooking the river. Such a charming place. The facility was beautiful and accommodations were very comfortable.

We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room had a serious ant problem — there were ants everywhere. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room had the same problem. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The front desk staff did try to help and came at midnight with insect spray, which we appreciated, but after spraying the room, we had to sleep with the strong chemical smell, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the Wi-Fi was very good, the AC worked fine, the bathroom was clean (although small), and the hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage, which was very helpful. However, the condition of the rooms was a major issue and significantly affected our stay. Given the availability of other hotels in the area at similar or lower prices, I would not recommend staying here and would not choose this hotel again.

Worst service and the place dose not worth the price you are paying , please do your research before booking it, if not you will regret

Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)
