The Bed a bit hard, super firm, great pillows, good hot water and water pressure, big room and bathroom. Very clean. One of the receptionist speaks English Tarot and she is very helpful. The hotel near Warorot and lots of great local restaurant near by. Others site was walkable for who likes to walk.

Close to markets and Tha Pae gate. Good air conditioning. Beds are a bit hard like other places in Chiang Mai. Hot water not very hot which I’m beginning to understand is normal in this area.

This hotel was a little bit out of the way but certainly walkable to shops and restaurants. It was a beautiful hotel but the rooms are small. Never had any hot water, but it was mildly warm.

The room was 42 degrees centigrade when we checked in. They wanted us to leave for 30 minutes and come back. The operator on the phone sounded like she was high on gonja when I called about the problem. Low chance of being a return customer. Area was nice to walk around and check out the shops and stores though. Overall 3 stars.

Perfect stay during Loy Krathong 2018
Brand new hotel. Well located, 10 minutes walk to the river bank and 15 minutes walk to the old city. Friendly staff.
