We booked two rooms for four nights. The event outside the hotel was quite noisy until past midnight, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Please get a room with a mountain view if you are sensitive to noise. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay with good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staffs from restaurant, house keeping and front desk especially Jom and Nat. Thanks for arranging a birthday surprise too. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

It is a wonderful 4-star hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to malls, cafes, and a variety of dining options. The breakfast is delicious and features some local foods. However, the seating is somewhat limited, and it can get crowded during busy times. Anyway, it’s truly one of the best choices for accommodations in this area. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

nice and clean penthouse but sound proof is not very good. Unfortunately, there was a music concert in front of the hotel during our stay, and the hotel is kind enough to change our room that face mountain view the next day, thank you!! Note that the " mountain view" indicated in hotel.com does not guaranteed you to have one as the hotel staff informed us that the request does not reflect in their system.

Just needa cross the corner, then we can find most chilling area of Nimman. And the Think Park area downstairs is awesome, Japanese and local food, cafe and bars are found.

The hotel location is super convenient, next door is Maya shopping mall, downstairs is Think Park, opposite is white market, easier find food, massage, manicure and pedicure 😍 distant to airport also just 10-15min, distance to Jingjia market 7-10min, go everywhere also very good and convenient! Hotel breakfast buffet very good and a lot choice! Highly recommend this hotel!

Near to airport about 15-20mins journey. Breakfast in hotel is delicious. Theres Maya shopping mall right infront of the hotel across the road, convenient. Hotel is clean and mine was overlooking the mountain so its nice. Hotel room is clean and manage well. BUT, we ordered grab food, we have already showered but was famished, we order grabfood, and it was delivered at the hotel lobby. We ask the hotel staff for help to bring it up to the room as we are in our bathrobe already, but the female hotel staff on duty on the (27/7/23 night) was super reluctant to help and insisted we go down to the lobby to collect it ourself.
