It is conveniently located in the Old City right next door to two temples including Wat Chedi Luang and 10-12 min walk from other prominent temples. Surrounded by restaurants, spas, and others, it s a great location. There is a restaurant and travel agency within the hotel. Staff, especially Jan, was extremely helpful with making arrangements and being hospitable.
The only reason this did not get a five stars is because at the other hotels I was able to change my big bills into smaller 100 baht and here they told me I would have to go to the 7-Eleven.

Conveniently located for the Sunday market, helpful staff, and cold room to come back to. The facility appears a little older but overall, the location was perfect for what we wanted and the room was spacious for two people. We felt safe. Please be aware that there are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up stairs, and there are 4 stories to the hotel.
Nice hotel. The desk clerk. Very friendly and night clerk as well. restaurant downstairs great food great location night market, right there in front food was great at the restaurant and the drinks. On the corner the corner we’ll.will stay again next-door also so you get help planning tours.
When I got there kite the man behind a big smile and night clerks were very friendly. ,room clean great location, downstairs bar and food right on the corner night market right there on Saturday night definitely stay here again
We really enjoys this hotel and would call it excellent in every way except the bed. So uncomfortable in fact I think it was a box spring rather than a mattress but we asked the owner for a switch after a miserable first night and he replaced the bed to a slightly better one. As I have been to several hotels in Thailand now I’m realizing that it is the common thing to have very hard beds. I’m currently at a 5 start resort with a similar hard bed so maybe that is to be expected. Other than that everything was amazing!
I like the location, easy to access anywhere in Chiangmai. The staffs are also friendly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating but unfortunately our room had mold in the ceiling tiles and a very poor shower design that splashed easily. Price was reflective of Old City.
We had an amazing time in Chiang Mai while staying at the Parasol Inn. Walking distance from all of the markets and street food. Great location. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We booked a few tours at the front desk and they were always giving us suggestions for what to do locally each day. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next stay. Thank you yo Mr. Mackenzie for being so accommodating!!
