Good place to stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and general conditions of the hotel were all good. This was my first stay at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. There were only two things that prevented me from giving an excellent rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to adjust the shower temperature without being scalded or freezing and the water pressure is a little low. Secondly, the walk to Huay Kaew Road can be a little hazardous as part of this stretch of the super highway does not have a footpath which means you have to walk on the side of this very busy road. The hotel is not responsible for this but could perhaps petition the local council on safety grounds for the construction of a footpath.

Better than expected
It's a good location if you want to stay near maya mall. Good restaurants in the area. Hotel was in okay shape except for the pool, which was unusable. We didnt expect the breakfast to be so amazing and their kitchen put out food better than most of the food I've had at 5 star restaurants. Credit to the chef. Also Ms Cha and Ms Ji at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. We cut our trip short time this trip due to the ridiculously bad air in Chiang Mai but were happier than expected with our stay here.

The hotel location is actually very good walking distance to one nimman and Maya shopping mall,the staff also very sweet and friendly😊 the only thing not good is the nearby or downstairs no 7-11 or groceries shop or massage shop, cos u know sometime we late back hope to get some drink or food and massage😄 but I still highly recommend this hotel 😄

최근에 건축된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 퀄리티도 좋으면서 비싸지 않아서 참 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하였고, 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다.. 다만, 수영장은 너무 큰 기대를 안 해야 할듯..

Das Hotel ist gut. Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Einzig der Wasserablauf in der Dusche 🚿 funktionierte nicht richtig! Frühstück ausreichend! Könnte etwas mehr Auswahl sein. Hervorragend die Damen an der Rezeption! Sehr guter Service, in jedem Fall geholfen. Ob Taxi 🚖 oder einen freien Platz in einem guten Restaurant suchen, alles hat sehr gut geklappt!! Großes Lob an die Damen besonders an NOK !!!👍👍👍
