La cordialità del personale, dalla reception al bar alle pulizie, fa la differenza. Il sorriso vale più di ogni altra cosa. Complimenti

Exquisite hotel in old town Bari. It is centrally located, so it made it easy to tour beautiful Old Town Bari. The hotel has an interesting history - it is part of a former Palazzo of the noble Calo family. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Our flight coming in got in very late (long after reception closed)- they provided clear instructions to get into the hotel and into our room without issue. On our way home, the flight left very late as well. They graciously held our bags for a good portion of the day and helped find us a taxi to get to the airport.

Convenient hotel, walking distance to car rentals by the airport. Restaurant food is not good and you will need a car to eat out. Uber is crazy expensive in Italy, so have cash handy and take a taxi instead.

Wrong description about parking. The property does not have street access and parking. Staff ignored all question and complains.

très bien situé et agréable . le plus est la tranquillité.

We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed. There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in
