To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!

We spent one night here .. on arrival the chap on reception didn’t seem very welcoming at all , very abrupt and miserable . Our room was ok , but very tired and resembled something from the 1970s with its vinyl cushioned floor. Bed was comfortable but had pillows like pancakes . Very helpful and smiley staff at breakfast. Pool facilities looked lovely although we didn’t have enough time to use them .

The property was simply magical. It was incredibly private, absolutely beautiful, and the staff was amazing. I will be returning many times in the future.

This property was well maintained and clean, very quiet very relaxing. We didn't use the pool but there is a regular size pool. We had breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was good and had multiple options. The beach was pretty but it has a lots of rocks, still easy to swim and plenty of lounge chairs to use. Great location if you have a car, a few minutes away from polignano a mare, monopoli and Bari. Include parking but also offers a free shuttle bus for near by towns. Great view of the ocean, I would come back to this place again.
