It is not luxury. There’s a lot of concrete exposed like it wasn’t finished. The handles in the windows can be very dangerous for kids if you aren’t watching. The pillows are the worst. But the bed was super comfortable. Not much around but the rooms are good size. No parking included. It’s hard to find parking and learned the hard way with getting our car towed. There’s a draft that comes through the front door, so you’ll need something to cover it. There is a washer and dryer and things like spoons, plates etc to use if you stay.

Great location in Lincoln Park. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. And about a 5 minute walk to the redline station (North/Clybourn). Very clean and quiet inside the unit. Building is very new. Room access through the Latch app is simple. I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience was excellent and my other guests would agree.
