I love this hotel. It's always my go-to stop when in Chicago. I feel very comfortable there. I love the view, waking up to look out at the Hancock building and all the pretty lit skyscrapers. I really like the location, which is close to a CVS, a grocery store, Starbucks, and parking. Staff are always friendly. Jerome went out of his way to make me happy. Every staff member was eager and willing to make my stay comfortable. The only reason I did not give all the stars this time was because the cold air does come through the windows easily. So when on the bed one side your cold and the other side of the bed the loud heater is blowing directly on your face. I couldn't sleep with the sound and dehydrating air so I had to deal with the cold. They have a fridge and a great cafe and bar. It's a fun hotel. I still will make one of my top choices in Chicago.

Mid. Room was dirty, never vacuumed, super dusty, whole hallway and elevator etc shocks you. Just overall mid. Fine for the price I guess. Be warned parking downtown in the lots is $65/day unless you use spothero.

Room did not seem to have very little heat. 10th floor was quiet downstairs had issues with vagrants. We were told there was $100 incidental hold on our card. Did not know this ahead of time. Also information on parking was nonexistent and we ended up parking further to save money when the hotel had a discount for the lot next-door, which was not explained not sure we’ll be back

I arrived at 10am - way before the check-in time but since there was a room available, I was able to check-in early without additional charge! so I was able to leave my stuff in the room and enjoy Chicago for a day! The room was small but appropriate for a night's stay. The decor was very fun and current!

Quirky and Fun...Highly Recommend
Friendly staff greeted us at check-in. Very helpful with suggestions for places to see and how to easy get around town. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. Great bar and bakery in hotel.
