My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights. We couldn’t recommend it more! The room was spacious and CLEAN! The staff was able to check us into our room super early, which was great since we took a redeye. We were on the 14th floor and had a nice view of the street. The showers were exceptionally spacious, clean, and nice. Room service was every other day and they did a great job. The lobby has a bar and free coffee in the morning with a snack bar and places where you could buy waters and other drinks. The lobby also had a pool table and a bunch of seating areas where you could sit and hang out before heading out in a super nice area of downtown, I don’t know what other nice things I could say. I highly recommend staying here just book it.

Great location with several dining options, clean rooms and hotels. But there is no self parking and valet took a long time grabbing our car. You're also by a hospital so there are sirens almost daily. I would stay again due to the cleaniness and location.

The staff was amazing and the location is perfect for easy walkable locations. I would definitely stay at this property again. The Friday live music during our stay was hosted by an amazing female DJ!

Great hotel! Very clean and the staff is friendly. It was very expensive but that's probably because I went for the Chicago Marathon (all the other hotels increased their prices too).

For the first time in my life, after more than 30 years of traveling worldwide, I experienced a “hotel” with no housekeeping… After four nights of stay and just one time, the hotel made the bed and cleaned the bathroom. We included breakfast, and it was terrible. There was the same line to ask for breakfast, the same line to check in, the same line to check out, and just one person at the front desk, so be prepared to spend one hour in the morning having breakfast. And no words about the breakfast, indeed. What a bad experience in this Aloft Magnificent Mile Hotel! and also bad experience with Expedia.com.

Unfortunately my experience was not what I was hoping for. I got there the front desk was super friendly, once I got to the room I was so disappointed. Room was dirty, dusty and the pillow case had a burn stain. Headboard of the bed was extremely dusty like it hasn’t been clean in days or maybe weeks. A weird old smell to it. They were able to accommodate me to a different room and I decided to stayed after inspecting the new room and I decided to stay for my two days.
