Great location and space for the price.
Everything was fine- the location is great. You can hear everything in the hallways, that was my only complaint. Front desk and valet staff were excellent.

Perfect place if you’re here for some shopping at the Mag Mile. The room was perfect for a couple or one person. Not somewhere I’d stay with a family. My only “complaint” is that if you come with friends or family ask to be on the same floor. The elevator only takes you to your floor. I know it’s for safety but inconvenient when wanting yo go to each other’s room. Also a man in the lobby lost his phone and had to wait to see if his friend would come down.

I paid extra for our rooms facing the city and they gave us one in front of a building. The double bed room was not really clean. The other room was what I paid for and everything was fine. I asked and they told me that since I booked through Expedia they would resolve it for me. The valet parking was fenomenal thanks for al your help with my elder mother.

A fabulous stay.
Guest check-in agent was wonderful and got us in our room early. I forgot about the time change. Valley agent was fabulous and got my niece and settled in lobby well. I was very frazzled after driving in downtown Chicago. Room was vet clean and had everything we needed. Great location.
