Everything was very clean and maintained I was actually impressed! And the morning breakfast was perfect!
Nice clean place with an excellent breakfast. The room was clean and large, and the place was relatively quiet. Jess at the front desk made for an easy check in experience and was able to answer all of my questions and well as gave me some good tips for nearby activities. I will absolutely be back here!
This hotel met our family needs for one evening. It wasn't as pricey as others in the area so that was nice. However, our room smelled like smoke so that was annoying. The breakfast options weren't the best. There wasn't a hot food station and the muffins were stale. Coffee and juice were ok. The beds were comfy and seemed clean. The bathroom was clean. We will stay again out of convenience but just know that the food options aren't the greatest.
The property itself was beautiful. The esthetics were nice. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work and the carpet could of used a vacuum. The beds were good and it was super quiet. Overall good experience.
What really impressed us was that the management gave their work staff Christmas Day off. We did not have maid service that day but that was fine. We were told ahead of time and we could easily make arrangements. The management really deserves kudos. We were celebrating with family and I am sure those who had the day off were able to enjoy that also.
