The hotel had an unpleasant odor. The carpets were filthy. There were bags of garbage in the hallway. The pullout bed had unidentified pills laying in it. No sheets for it either. Staff was kind, but completely disengaged. Just an all around gross experience.

Overall it is budget property and I like the front desk receptionist name Sid, who is kind, friendly and helpful.

Elevator was out of order. We had to carry our luggage, walker, other personal belongings up two flights of stairs. Requested room on first floor due to husband using walker and on oxygen only to find out upon our arrival that hotel doesn't have rooms located on first floor. Request a refund were told to contact Expedia for refund.

There were small bugs flying around our room. The toilet didn't work. The linens were gross. The water pressure was terrible, and there was sawing and hammering all day while I was working in my room.
