Our stay was very nice. We were looking for a hotel that would be a good centrally located place to walk to a lot of attractions and this fit the bill. Staff were very nice and helpful when we had questions.

Fantastic location near Grant Park and a good walk up Michigan Avenue to the Bean and tour pick up locations. 10-15 minute walk to Soldier Field and Field Museum. Close to subway station and buses stop right out front. Rooms are a little small and the carpets in the halls definitely need some attention but overall, we had a great stay.

Average at best. Stayed there before, about eight years ago. It was much cleaner and kept up. My room had a loose exposed outlet. Beds & sheets were old. Ok for the money, but if you want quality and exceptional customer service, this isn’t for you. If you want a reasonably priced place to sleep, in a prime location, this is it.

Great hotel
Considering some of the negative reviews, this place was a very good choice! It's across from Grant Park and not far from the lake! The staff were very welcoming, polite and informative!..... tbh the only thing I didn't like was having to pay 54$ a night for parking and if you check-out before 6am, you have to walk to the hotel next door and they have to get your car for you because they don't offer 24 hour valet.... ooh and valet doesn't work after 11pm, I had family near midway I would have liked to stay out later with them, but didn't want to miss valet to park my car for the night.

Decent hotel, great location.
Check in was a breeze, was allowed to check in few hours before the scheduled time which was great. Room was decent and was perfect as we were there to tour Chicago and just spend the night and refresh in the room. Amazing location, walked to Roosevelt station and took metro to most places.

The service was great and the location great. The hotel is a little old but ok, though the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear the people next door through the window, the people, cars, sirens, honking outside.

We enjoyed our stay very m7ch. Staff was very good from the valet, front desk, and just everyone at the hotel. As with any big city, be prepared to pay a pretty penny for parking. This should not be a surprise. The valet parking was excellent and we could get our car any time we wanted it, though we did not and just walked wherever we needed to go.
