While we were not allowed to check in earlier than 3pm upon arrival a few hours early, the manager was a nice young man who helped us store our luggage while we went off to explore the city. The cleaning lady was excellent and cleaned daily. There are restaurants connected to the hotel and around it. Downtown shopping and activities are all down Michigan Ave.

I will say that being so close to Soldier Field is a huge plus and probably the only reason I’d stay at this place ever again would be to see a Bears game.

Good location, decent hotel, just a bit tired.
The room I had was on the 9th floor and huge and comfortable. Everyone worked well. The hotel was just a bit tired. Bits of picture frames falling apart, a good but old shower, decor needs a bit of a refurb. It was fine for my needs though so would go back if the price was reasonable.

Okay hotel
A basic hotel room. The bed was a little too soft and the pillows could have been better. Conveniently located by Roosevelt CTA station and multiple bus stops. Museum Campus nearby. The area seemed sketchy after 9 pm. Location is the main positive of this hotel.

Great service and location
We were given great service. They had said they could keep our bags at the desk until check in but instead had our room ready early. Kept our bags after checkout which nade life easier our last day in town. Great location - we walked almost everywhere.
