The plumbing is bad, the toilet was so clogged up that it spilled on the floor. There is no maintenance person so the guy from the front desk came with a plumber. No cleaner was put on the floor and toilet water was still left on the floor when he finished so we couldn’t even take a shower and had to use the bathroom across the street at the mall

Dirty Hotel !!!

Dirty, Half of the second floor smelled so bad we held our breath while walking to our room, elevator felt like it was going to come apart , the Breakfast was the only thing it had going for it because it was average continental breakfast with an espresso machine. August 2025

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. While sitting in the dining room sipping coffee, the receptionists got angry and shut the lights off while i was sitting there. Lastly, it was a pile of Ants on the food in the room. I brought the issues to receptionists attention and was treated as if my black dollars were irrelevant.

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. I was disappointed at how rude lots of the guests were…noise in the hallway at 2am, a dog in the breakfast area during service…stuff like that was really unusual and nobody that worked there was concerned. Also, there is no coffee pot in the room which we hated. We were near friends and family so we weren’t in the room much. Bed was comfy but bedding needed to be replaced.
