It met my needs, the bed was comfortable, I like the soft pillows and the free breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated, poor lighting in the bathroom and they could have done a better job cleaning ie wiping down surfaces and cleaning hair from the corners of the bathroom.

The property is in a convenient location near great Chinese restaurants and store. The staff was really fabulous! So polite and helpful. Breakfast..homemade omelets! My room was comfy and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

I would like to know where the amenities are. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 3 months and didn’t know where the fitness room or ice machine was. Just be something nice to know upon check in. Other than that I really enjoy this hotel.

Safe, quiet, and comfortable

I stayed here to break up a trip from the east coast to northern Wisconsin. Room was tidy, staff was friendly (I think it is family-owned), and area was quiet and safe. Stayed there at the beginning of my 2 week trip and again at the end. As a single female, I felt very safe and comfortable here.

Dear Mr. Patel, I am writing to formally request a full refund for both nights of our recent stay at the Best Western Oakbrook Inn. During our reservation (Itinerary #: 73212527897069, Dates: September 16–18, Room #: 111, Name on Reservation: Fiorella Moscoso), a serious sanitation and health issue occurred. On the morning of September 17, while Ms. Moscoso was away at an offsite meeting, her partner discovered a cockroach in the bed and another near the TV. This is wholly unacceptable and created unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Her partner immediately reported the issue to Luis at the front desk. Luis acknowledged the problem and offered to move us to another room. However, as was explained at the time, the presence of cockroaches is not isolated to a single room but instead suggests a broader facility-wide infestation. Luis agreed to refund the second night but stated he did not have the authority to refund the first night and directed us to contact you. We called the hotel to reach you directly but we were informed you were unavailable. Given the severity of this issue—specifically the health risks and breach of basic sanitary standards—we are requesting a full refund for both nights. Anything less is unreasonable under these circumstances. Please confirm in writing that the full refund will be processed to the original form of payment within the next three (3) business days.
