This hotel was super conveniently located right next to the Nederlander Theatre. Parking was conveniently located right around the block on Dearborn and the hotel validated parking to cap the rate which was very helpful. Our room was large and updated and the beds were comfortable. There was some street noise so that's something to take into consideration if it bothers you.

I really enjoyed staying here. The property is very clean and when I needed service, it was always provided in a timely manner. The bar/restaurant was delicious and the staff is very friendly.. I will be staying here again!

Great location, entrance to the building looks run down, we arrived at after midnight and it looked very scary and the doors were locked, I had to wait till another customer unlocked the door. The front desk was not there and we had to wait for another 15minutes before she woke up. Morning people were pleasant and very accommodating.

Forget eating there
Won’t stay again. Room is way more cramped than the photo shows. The shower is modern with open concept, so even though the water was hot, I was cold from the cool air coming in. Worst part was the restaurant. We waiting 15 minutes just for someone to come to our table to bring menus and over an hour after we ordered, we were still waiting. We unfortunately didn’t get breakfast because we couldn’t wait any longer.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I gave a 2 star for cleanliness because our room seemed like it was not cleaned by room service. The toilet had urine all over the seat and had not been flushed, I did mentioned it to front desk they took care of it right away. The floors also did not seem like they had been cleaned there were a few hair balls in the bathroom. Over all the cleanliness of the place was not the best we were at the bar the night before and went back in the afternoon and the same napkins and food crumbs were still on the ground. The bartender and doorman were friendly and nice.
