This business should be ashamed of its shady practices. They lure you in with a cheap intro price online, but once you arrive at the hotel, you're hit with a mandatory "welcome package" fee of $230 for a 3-night stay. When we tried to opt out because we didn’t agree with the charge, the staff (specifically a guy who acted like he was from "Las Vegas") told us it was mandatory. The hotel gives off a flashy Las Vegas or luxury resort vibe but delivers subpar service. No housekeeping, limited amenities, no room service, and no real coffee—just six K-Cup machines in the lobby. The hotel itself is just "okay" and nothing special. All the other negative reviews are true. This place feels like a scam or some sort of shady money grab. Four days after checking out, we’re still frustrated by the bogus charges and rude staff. We’ll be reporting this hotel to the BBB and consumer protection agencies. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place. The mandatory "welcome package" fee is hidden in the fine print, so if you miss it, you’re forced to pay upon arrival. They claim the fee covers Wi-Fi, morning coffee, three bottles of water, and three soft drinks, but these are basic amenities included at most hotels without extra charges. It’s a bait-and-switch tactic—they advertise low rates to hook you, but the mandatory fees bring the total price in line with better 4-star hotels in the area. Plus, they don’t even include breakfast. The room itself was decent but nowhere near 4-star quality. Yo
