Really great place to stay if you're on a layover. Poor information for shuttle, which is not to the Sonesta but rather an unmarked shuttle (it's for the airport parking next door). Ended up at the wrong place and wasted about 45ins returning to the airport and then getting the correct one

Horrible front desk manager

The front desk manager was absolutely insane. She actually made up a fictious story which forced my 84 year old uncle to move out of the property during a snow storm. I have never been treated this poorly by any hotel staff in all of my travels. Stay clear of this property unless they decide to terminate this woman that works at the front desk during the day.
