I stayed in room #218. The room’s floor was very dirty. It looked like it had not been swept. My family and I stayed in this room because we had an early flight. We checked in around 9:00pm and checked out around 2:465 am. Our socks were filthy. Embarrassing to walk through TSA. The toilet was also very loud after you flush. Over all, I would stay here again. Please sweep and mop. A carpet shampoo every so often would be great.

Sight pot smell.
The only downside of this hotel was the lingering smell of marijuana in the elevators and hallways. Despite there being signs everywhere about no smoking, pot heads seem to think it doesn’t apply to them.

The hotel was very quiet and the shuttle service was superb! The staff were incredibly nice as well. However it did smell a bit like smoke in the halls and some of the dishes in our room weren’t very clean. But those were problems caused by other guests not the hotel. Would stay again!

Good for a quick trip to the airport.
The stay was nice and went well. It was quiet. There's no one downstairs at night, which is kind of odd. We left around 6am and no one was there. No breakfast and they charge for parking ($12) although there's plenty of free parking. The beds were TINY - we had a full or double-sized bed and it was super-mushy soft. The heat went up to 75° which normally would be OK but it was -11 in Chicago so we were cold. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and had plenty of space and wasn't old or dated. They had a full kitchen with "fast food" options to purchase downstairs (pizza, lean cuisines, candy, etc.).

Great outcome of crappy situation
Only stayed here cuz it was close to airport and was in my price range when united airlines messed up and left me stranded in Chicago. But my luck changed when i booked this hotel. Staff were delightful. Room was huge clean and comfy. Hotel had several amenities as well as free shuttle to airport. Room could easily go for double what i paid for it. I'm glad i chose to stay here

I hate having to pay for parking if I’m already paying for a room. I understand the hotel is near an airport and they are try to get every penny they can but why isn’t a parking space part of what I’m paying for.
