Great location for tourist stuff. Right at the base of the Willis tower. Has bar and food at lobby. Staff were friendly. Location was busy due to it being st. Patricks day parade and all.

My problem with this hotel is how negligent they are with the issues, the problems! 1- We got stuck in the elevator on the 2nd day of our stay! It was a very scary experience for me. After 10 minutes, we finally got out of the elevator, went to the receptionist, and her answer was "you did not have to use that elevator". There were 5 elevators, including the service elevator. They all went to the 14th floor, where our room was, which was the store. And when I went in, they said I could use any of them. 2- I had another problem with the breakfast. There were 3 of us and we ordered breakfast. My son's breakfast was too oily and he couldn't eat it. When they asked how the breakfast was, I was honest and said my son didn't eat it because it was too oily. He told me I was right, turned around, and left the table. He never came back.
