Great Hotel
The hotel was fantastic in the style of the decor and rooms. Very American art deco and unique in the area which is why I chose the hotel. Close to union station and travel into downtown. Jamyra at reception was amazing during check in and check out by making the whole process comfortable and also ensuring I had a great stay during my celebration. Offered an upgrade too without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Overall a beautiful hotel with many amenities. Beautiful rooms. Plenty lighting which also means plenty of switches, lol. I do have one minor gripe. There was this occasional, weird ticking, clicking noise in the wall, near where the sensor was for the bathroom light. Could never figure out what is was. Also, another gripe was there wasn’t too much in the area for shopping and really no type of regular store to get something like a soda. There were a few places to eat right across the street from the hotel but that was about it. Any other type of shopping required a vehicle because those places were about 10 minutes away by car. But then again, it was downtown Chicago, not downtown NY. Overall a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
