We ordered dinner in and our delivery guy forgot our utensils.. The safe was able to get us the items we needed fairly quickly… I did waste a lot of food , thinking there was a mini fridge in the room and there was not . So don’t try to keep left overs !

I had an amazing experience at Central Loop Hotel during my recent trip to Chicago. One of the standout features was the independent check-in option, which saved me from waiting in line—a great convenience after a long journey. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, though I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms, particularly during the night when guests were frequently opening and closing doors. This, however, reflects more on the other guests than the hotel itself. I appreciated the option to pay $84 USD for early check-in, as I arrived in Chicago early in the morning and was able to settle in right away. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, especially for commuting. It’s near a train station, making it incredibly convenient to travel to and from O’Hare Airport. As someone visiting from Montreal, I really appreciated how accessible the public transport options were. There’s also a lovely restaurant on the ground floor where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, and a prime location made my trip to Chicago truly memorable. I would highly recommend Central Loop Hotel to anyone looking for convenience, great service, and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Staff was great. Price was really good. Hire from windows in my room were amazing. I did have a leaky toilet and the heat was great around the windows but in bed it was chilly. Overall I would stay here again. R B.V.
