Consistent is the name of the game

As this was not our first stay, we always happy, and most importantly, enjoy our stay. Consistency is the name of the game as we receive the same quality of service regardless of whom you will be talking to. This should be very difficult but they always do as if it is easy. As the building is historic, they maintain great to keep up to date. Room is clean, a bed is superb, and the hot water has plenty of pressure to make us warm and relax. Upon arrival, we requested a room having a small refrigerator & microwave so that we can enjoy the meal in the room. Despite being in the Loop/downtown, it was quiet enough for us to have a good night sleep. We are looking forward to staying there again whenever our travel plan takes us. Again, thank you very much for all of your precious effort.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Central Loop Hotel once again, and everything was wonderful. The front desk attendant was very helpful during check-in and even had some great suggestions for dinner venues. The room was once again very clean and well kept. Overall, another great experience was had.

We had a long flight from abroad and upon arrival which was very early like 10:00 a.m. they allowed us to check in. We were very much appreciative and it was quite unexpected. Ill be comin back. They also had free laundry and a nice pub next door that they had the included breakfast at. Clean and comfortable๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
