Great Location for Tourist

Hotel was in a great location. We were within walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly, Lashon at the front desk greeted us with a smile and helped us to get checked in. The room was nice, bed wasn’t too comfortable after that first night but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

48 hours in the Windy City!!

Excellent location! Perfect for 3 friends in the Windy City for the Cowboy Carter Tour. Facilities were clean and the customer service was amazing!

CQ was charging extreme "surge" prices during the Beyonce visit and could not live up to the $400+ price tag. At $249 I would have thought both the small room with bottom-of-the-line "from room" rolling beds and the debris on the hallway floors (including a mystery pill) were part of the reason I was saving relative to other options. At this price point ($436+) the value of the hotel's location suffered relative to more affordable, cleaner, better-appointed options that were farther away from my daughter's graduation. If I had this to do over again, knowing what I know, I would not choose CQ.

In general the staff was friendly and responsive. However, I didn’t have an iron in my room, I called down to request one and was told one would be right up. I called again in 30-40 mins after none came and was told one would be brought. I then had to have 30 mins later without ever getting the iron. No call, no explanation, nothing!

The breakfast provided once paid for when making the reservation was sub par. 4 slice toaster only 2 slots worked. No butter, associate said we had to ask for it. A spoon to get bacon from the warming container. Bacon was barely cooked. Both days we were there. (How do you get bacon with a spoon) maybe it is to prevent customers from eating too much. Food was barely warm. Second day only ate toast and jelly with coffee and milk. The milk was really cold🙂

Great, affordable option in the loop. No frills or anything. Don’t expect luxury or a lot of space. I was in Chicago on business, so it was exactly what I was looking for. Convenient location, casual bar with late hours downstairs and very friendly / helpful staff.
