I generally do not write reviews; however, I want everyone to know that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The reception staff are very welcoming, kind, and go out of their way to meet your comfort needs. The housekeeping staff are approachable, hardworking, and thorough. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the hotel. It is family owned. She is a beautiful person who truly wants you to have a memorable stay. The rooms are amazing. Beds are awesome. Big screen TV. Reading lights by the beds. So comfortable pillows. A phone charging cable in case you forget yours. Toilettries are amazing. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a hotel stay like no other, please plan on staying at Chez. I guarantee you that it will exceed your expectations. Stop searching for other hotels and book this one. Enjoy!

Lovely hotel
The hotel is beautiful as you walk in. The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt it would have been helpful to have one or two luggage racks.

Absolutely lovely!
What a LOVELY hotel! The rooms were well stocked and so comfortable. The staff was exceptional!! We brought our puppy and they even asked if we needed to borrow a dog bed. The restaurant was going through a change so we weren’t able to eat there, but I’m sure if it’s like the rest of the hotel it’s wonderful!! We will definitely be staying here again!

Cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel. Finding staff at the desk was an absolute rarity. Hotel was clean, so that was a plus. Walls are so thin we could hear the guy next door snoring. Random squealing noise from the heater all hours of the day. Trying to take a shower was terrible due to water temp constantly fluctuating from ice cold to lava and the handheld shower leaking like crazy. It's a 2 star hotel that has some fancy finishes and is a wedding venue.

Ok but.....
The hotel room is nice. Unfortunately there was nowhere to grab a bite. I was told the restaurant was closed for renovations I asked one of the employees where I can get something to eat and the answer was try and see if there is something across the street. The amenities in the room were used with empty gel bottle and the body cream had greasy fingerprints on it
