From the moment I walked in, Chez Hotel made me feel like more than just a guest — I got true VIP treatment. The hotel is beautiful the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. I love that they operable windows in the rooms. The terrace was just as nice as the hotel with a beautiful view of sunset during happy hour. The artwork was great! The lobby is swoon worthy and the hotel is quiet. It’s in close proximity to the mall which is a plus! A fantastic Chicago suburb stay!

All advertised amenities listed were not put in room, front desk wasnt very helpful with my questions about late night dining, room was very noisy above us and next to us. Cleaning staff came knocking at our door when i had already setup late reservations 2hrs ahead of time. Appreciated the style of the rom/setup.

The staff was very friendly from the second we entered the door. I mentioned a discrepancy with their website and the pet policy; they were receptive and made sure that it would be corrected as soon as possible. Once they learned that we were there for a wedding, they ensured that we were all on the same floor to be together. I’m nitpicking but there was some minor things that I wanted to note: our room phone didn’t work (but we just used our cells to call room service) and the TV had a shortage causing the signal to jump every 3 seconds but it fixed itself after a few hours of staying on. Otherwise everything was great!
