I paid for a hot tub room. The hot tub was broken when I inquired about it they said yes we know it was broken, but we put you in that room anyway.

There was BLOOD on the inside of the door and on the handle! So I asked to be switched to another room and changed the sheets and pillow cases in the room myself. The room we selected was supposed to be handicapped accessible but it was a tub/shower combo not a walk in so my mother could not shower. The free breakfast was below average and unsanitary. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Checked in and went to room. Curtain was pulled off rod on one end. Door stop was paper towel shoved in hole in wall. Door handle had some sticky residue on it. Bed had not been cleaned under as there was trash under it (wrappers and other items). The toilet seat was not attached well as it was half on the toilet. As we were leaving after only 1 hour here, a HUGE rat ran across our path. Ya, NEVER staying here.

Not the best stay
Jacuzzi tub in room had mold coming out of the few jets that did work. Also around the tub had black looking mold in the silicone. Led lights kept going on and off. Room had a very musty smell. Not a safe comfortable feeling. We loved the first visit here but everyone since keeps getting worse.

Room condition was bad. There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom, and there are no elevators to transfer my luggages, for a one night stay it was alright, but I would not stay here longer than that.
