Amazing hotel.

My check in service was amazing the staff was all very nice, the room was clean and conformable, my issue i had a problem with is the hotel is a smoke free hotel but some guess kept smoking weed and thats very annoying that some guest can not follow the rules not everyone wants to smell that awful smell, and my other issue was the pool was out of order all day after some guest did something to it and it took all day for them to get it clean and it was unavailable to use until like 7.00 pm and closes at 10.00 pm and the hotel was amazing but the guest who stayed there were awful and ghetto.

I liked most things with this property but the sausage for breakfast was a lil dry as well as the swimming pool area could be repainted or updated or something.. pool was a lil not so clean looking.

This place was just your standard hotel. Nothing great nothing terrible. Things that did standout to me - the pool was very dirty. The pool area in general made you feel gross being around or in it. Our bathrooms toilet seat didnt stay in place, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet only flushed sometimes. Lots of hair in our bathroom from previous guests.. Some perks - free breakfast, hotel staff was nice, free water and cookies were a great touch.

We enjoyed our stay here twice while visiting Wheaton College. The public areas are very nice, except the hot tub which desperately needs resurfacing. The gym is well appointed with both weights and cardio equipment, and the pool is better than usual. Lobby is clean and nice, although we did experience a strange man, not a guest, wandering through the pool area. Breakfast is quite good with both hot and cold items. The bedrooms could use updating. Ceiling tiles are dirty and sliding door was difficult to open. Shower contains all you need. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very responsive and brought us extra bedding and a fan upon request. Would stay here again.

Great if the elevator worked

Our stay was good. Very nice room, clean. The hotel smelled really nice. Only complaint was that one of the 3 elevators was broken.... which i underatand you cant do much about... but there were no stairs connecting to the lobby floor so we were just stuck. At one point we waited for 15 minutes for an elevator that we were able to fit in.... making me late. When we asked if there were stairs the woman at the desk was very rude.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were always friendly, and the breakfast was full of delicious options. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, as well! Drawbacks included a non-functioning elevator, which made getting to and from the room take longer than desired. The one stairwell they had was through the pool area and not very convenient, otherwise we would have used it to get to our room more often. Also, temp in our room was very hot and could only be in heat mode. Despite turning the temp down to 68 and leaving the fan continuously on, it stayed at least 73 all night, which was uncomfortable. Lastly, the floors are pretty disgusting. Pool area had debris and dirt that made walking around gross. No attention was paid to the floors there, or in the lobby or common areas, so we saw bits of food, spilled beverages, etc. All in all, it seemed we got a good price compared to other hotels in the area, and we were happy with the experience.
