Comfortable bed, spacious room but odd bathroom layout. We didn’t have soap at the sink and found it challenging to get some. They wouldn’t recognize us as Hilton honors people because we booked through Expedia. So not only wouldn’t they give us points, they wouldn’t even give us water or the internet. That seemed petty.

Bed was uncomfortable. I've had better breakfast. Hot tub isn't clean. Only some of the staff members are friendly.

I stayed in one of the suites. The building is old, housekeeping did not clean my room / bring towels unless it was requested. The toilet was stopped up and I had to ask for help 3 times. When they finally can to my room, they handed me a plunger to do it myself.
