Overall a nice place.
I would definitely go here again. Comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast. My only complaint is that there was a bunch of adults in the pool and hot tub that were not staying at the hotel. One family was staying there and the other 15 or so were there for one of the kids birthday party. It was just completely unsupervised and there were a lot of young kids in the hot tub. Other than that it was enjoyable.

Just happened to come on Wed. Happy hour with snacks and fresh fruit was lovely. Pool is warm. Room is large. Elevator fast. Bartender efficient.Everything darn near perfect. But ladies bring your own little mirror. They have only one artificial light one and it is in the bathroom.

Stay was great however one elevator was broken making wait times a little frustrating. Also the hot tub looked very dirty could use a coat of paint or power washed. Along with the pool deck floor.

My husband and I have been staying at that particular hotel for over 10 years when it was a Marriot. Unfortunately, that hotel has went down tremendously from when we first started going. You would think that with the name change that they would’ve put money into the rooms but they haven’t. The lobby and hallways look good, but the Jacuzzi was filthy. The pool needed an upgrade, and the outside pool area was very bad looking. It was actually sad for us this visit because we said when we walked out of there, we will never be back. Truly steps to have a place that we considered our second home now happens to be a place we never wanna visit again!

Comfortable bed, spacious room but odd bathroom layout. We didn’t have soap at the sink and found it challenging to get some. They wouldn’t recognize us as Hilton honors people because we booked through Expedia. So not only wouldn’t they give us points, they wouldn’t even give us water or the internet. That seemed petty.
