Great room and hotel. Loved the lobby and the terrace. The iPad in the room was pretty cool and the bed was comfortable. No complaints with the bathroom. I wish there was an ice machine, I had to get ice from the bar in the lobby. It would be nice to have some discounted parking, but I was able to park across the street at the Illinois center just fine. Overall, solid hotel and I would stay here again.

Please upgrade your HVAC system. Could have fallen several times because of condensation on the floor. You are in a great location and have the potential to be beyond amazing. Your breakfast is awesome and the staff was very considerate. Shout out to Jack who makes sure you pay for the breakfast 😉

My stay was good, although at the time of my arrival my room that was assigned to me was not working, couldn't take a shower after a long day, thankfully it was fix the following day, had to go to a friends house to take a shower, overall my stay was good.

Hotel common areas were very nicely decorated, clean and appealing. Room: tiny, basically one small space with everything packed in. Bed was fantastic and living area was adequate. In room amenities were ok, coffee was good. Bathroom: an afterthought…tiny space, tiny shower but had nice lighting. Door to the space to use the toilet would not fully close so not private. Paper products were miserable. It seems insignificant but after the first day of using the thinnest TP ever, we were going elsewhere to use the facilities. Restaurant: did not appear to be worthwhile given other options in the area. Area and parking: great area of Chicago to be staying. Lots to do and see. Hotel suggested Self parking was indoors, nearby and convenient. Overall, hotel was ok but there are better options in the same price range

I wish there was more room around the bathroom sink. Virtually no room. Also no drawers or shelves for your clothes. Love the modern amenities and feel and look but still need a few more comfortable roomy areas. Love all the other modern amenities.

It was a great day in Chicago. I love the location and amenities. It was very walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The rooms were small, but a good size were two of us and we just needed it for the nights to sleep. The design was very unique and modern, which was nice. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the heart of the city and be able to walk everywhere.
