Great location to start any city exploration. Rooms are very small. No coffee machine in room. Street noise can be on the loud side at night, especially on weekends when people with modified exhaust systems on cars or motorcycles need to show off. Since the surrounding streets have 2 decks/layers, the sound of these modified cars and motorcycles is amplified...maybe the city of Chicago should consider a noise ordinance at one point :-)

The common spaces were fun and accessible. The room was smaller than expected- the king size bed was the width of the room so only accessible from one side. The shower and bathroom door were frosted glass - fine for my husband and me but it would be awkward to share with others.

Stay was ok overall. Bit pf a pain to have no plugs or ports by the bed to charge electronics, use medical equipment. Beyond that the room was comfortable. One of the plastic cups was dirty inside. Staff was friendly

This place is really good for a quiet simple stay around the loop. The bedroom is small but you get all you need plus an extremely good and caring crew. Good bar and live music on Fridays and Saturdays makes for a good evening. Definitely going back

Good location - a short walk from the Bean and Chicago Riverwalk. Room was a little small but very clean and a good size for two people. The interior design of the hotel is very unique and has a modern look.

I like the location of the property but it’s way over priced for what you get .. no coffee in the room ( you have to buy it in the lobby) rooms are tiny no iron or ironing board sink doesn’t drain takes like 30 min for water to go down.. bar is very limited options . For $400+ a night I expect more I could see if it was only $100 it would be fine.
