The room was ok no issues. The entire building needs an upgrade. Friendly staff. The indoor pool was unfortunately not working properly. Told that the heater was broken and it would be a 15 day wait for the replacement part.

Breakfast was not free nor was free coffee offered in the lobby. Area around back of hotel seemed unsafe. The pool was supposed to be heated according to the hotel information. It was ice cold. These things matter to us. Especially for what we paid.

I must admit I was a little disappointed. It reminded me of a “No tell, Motel”. It was clean tho and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the elevator was out of service. Thankfully I was only there for a few hours but it was a feat getting our luggage up the steps.
