The staff was okay. I hace noticed when they see you booked through Expedia, they gave you the most uncomfortable and far located room. It looks like they do that to discourage booking through a third party. Expedia, take care of this situation.

Good location, room was well furnished, and all of the front desk staff was excellent. The one significant negative was that we were there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by the maintenance staff other than what happened before we arrived. On more than one occasion, we had to call down for clean towels, trash pickup, toilet paper, etc. I could excuse this if we were only there one night or confined to the room all day, but we were out for a significant portion of the day each day where there would have been plenty of time to clean and this never occurred. I know it was a busy holiday weekend, but this still feels quite surprising for a downtown hotel.
