Kitchen was disappointing. No pans, silverware, dishes, or cleaning items. Everything else was superb, including the in house pub. Lots of sports fans to see the game.

The hotel is well situated. My room was quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. The gym was usable. But the room was super dated, shower water pressure was inconsistent, couch was so uncomfortable that it was not usable. Couch and carpet was old and was not sure if it was dirty or plain old. I booked a suite but it did not feel like a suite, just a bit larger room. They need to update their finishes.

Excellent location! Quick walk to the train, and centrally located to walk every where we wanted to visit. Adrian greeted us upon arrival and made us feel like we were coming home! Not just upon arrival but every time we stepped into the lobby! Her kindness and welcoming persona was felt by all! What an asset to your brand! Room was great, perfect for two and comfortable!

Love this central location to my favorite things. Hotel is quiet and well staffed. My room hasn’t been renovated yet but it was clean and comfortable. I love that the restaurant and bar is just downstairs. And this time I finally discovered the espresso machine downstairs.

I stayed at club quarters on a weekend hotel overall was amazing. A few things that I would like to complain about the room size is crazy. It’s almost like a cruise ship bathroom has no countertop nowhere for you to put anything in all the complementary drinks and peanuts were super expensive. I feel like with the price of the room. It should’ve been free, especially for the size of the room.
