We had a great two night stay here. Booked a queen with a pull out couch. Room was VERY spacious, enough room for more beds! Great staff, great location and nice quiet and dark rooms!

Sparse room but close to train

Good location. Lower priced than other hotels in the area but still a little more than what you get for the price. Staff was friendly. Rooms are sparse. Bar/restaurant next door. A couple blocks to the train. Convenient location but rooms could use some upgrades.

Close to the Museums

I like to stay at this hotel during slow periods during the week. It’s within walking distance to the Chicago Art institute, the Shedd, and the Museum of Science and Industry. There’s lots of great restaurants near by, and just a 15 minute walk to outstanding shopping.

Out of the ordinary rough check-in

CQ extended an offer for early check-in which I accepted. Arrived to check in early and was told would not be able to check in until regular time. We had made plans based on early check in. Check in person was dismissive. After much back and forth, finally got upgraded rooms for early check in. Should not have been as big of an issue as it was. Check in person also had challenges finding the second reservation. Was rude and dismissive through the entire exchange. First time I’ve had an issue with CQ in the many years I’ve stayed there.
