I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any request, making my stay seamless. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the blue & red line and 3 blocks from the green line. The rooms tend to be on the small size. However, the staff is great. The is a restaurant that connects to the hotel for breakfast and other meals.
