Great Stay!

I was in town for business and enjoyed my stay. I loved the convenience of the kiosk check in. It was quick and efficient and when I ran into issues that was a staff member nearby who was able to help me. Even though the hallways were narrow and small, the room was very spacious and clean. There was a lot of traffic in and out of this hotel but the staff handled service with grace and kindness.

Super comfortable bedding, quiet, refillable water bottles and filling stations on all floors a nice touch, 24/7 coffee/espresso machine convenient. Our bedroom needed a nightstand on both sides of the bed. We were able to move a piece of furniture to create a makeshift one. Not enough outlets but we bought an extension and mini power strip.

We were in town for the museum and the Chicago Symphony. Excellent location. The pub attached had an EXCELLENT breakfast. . .a bit too noisy for us at night.

Wonderful staff!

I cannot say enough good things about their front desk staff- they were friendly, helpful, and responsive in every instance! I also loved that they provided refillable water bottles and filling stations so that we had water both in the hotel and while walking around the city!

The location is perfect. Close enough to activities but not in the middle of it. Only complaint is that the pillows are very thick and it kept me from getting a good nights sleep. I asked 3 different people for another option but I got no new pillow. This is my 5th or 6th time staying here, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
