Although the rooms are small, it didn’t bother us since we were out exploring the city. Staff was friendly and everything was convenient since it was so close. The only thing that I will say that I wish was different was breakfast. I thought it was an open buffet style, but it’s actually just a little restaurant next-door. It was good though.

Location is excellent, close to transport, shops and places to eat. Staff are great too, especially manager Mike Perez. Room was spacious and bathroom good. WiFi wasn’t great in my room and some things were dusty if still generally clean. No mirror in the room, only bathroom was negative.

Clean, safe, well maintained and attentive staff. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Loop district. Only complaint is that the heart of the Loop district has a lot of vacant storefronts. There is also likely high office vacancy in the area to match the store vacancy rate.

Rooms were small, but I traveled with my daughter , so that worked for us. Having the restaurant attached to the hotel was a plus. Parking is about a block and a half away not horrible, but the staff was able to check me in early so my daughter could wait in the room while I went to park my truck. I would definitely stay there again.
