When we were checked in to our room somebody else was already staying in that room, which is a huge security concern. Also, no air conditioning and when we called to ask the woman at the front desk was rude and told us they didn’t have it on since we were in the colder months, but if you look at the reviews there are complaints about no ac from 4 months ago. The biggest thing was the security concern.

This hotel is in a great location. Only con was that no one cleaned our room. Not sure if we were supposed to request it, bit other than that everything was great.

We waited 30 minutes to get into our room. The room with a view that we booked wasn’t ready by 3:30. The doors are very close together, so when the neighboring room opens or closes their door, it feels like someone is trying to open yours — it kept waking me up. On the bright side, the free coffee and convenient downtown location were great.

The room is tiny, outdated, and not the cleanest. One elevator was out of service. Room view is a bunch of dumpsters. Valet took a long time - sometimes there wasn't even a valet at the stand. For the price... you're paying for location. Would not book again.
