CQ was a lovely stay with it being right downtown and so close to the riverwalk. Truly dog friendly hotel, we always appreciate that when traveling with our furbaby. Finding the hotel was surprisingly tricky. Google Maps kept directing us to the lower Wacker (tunnels) and we went in circles a few times before deciding to ditch Google's directions and just look at our maps. Self-park is a few blocks from the hotel for a great price, so if you are not up for paying the valet price, just keep in mind that you will need to walk a few blocks. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit older, so I would not recommend if you are looking for a more updated, modern, or luxury feel. Overall, good experience!

Lovely spot with ao much walkability to downtown chicago. 2 elevators which are quick and reliable. The tv system works well, if you know how to work it.

Front desk/reception staff was not pleasant,did not smile and one of the ladies who did my check-in was rude and argumentative.This morning when I complained to another concierge he replied saying”I know who you are talking about as it was not the first time and you had bad luck”.Bad luck is not a professional response and instead he should have told me that he would inform the management!!!Not at all impressed!Also pillow cases were dirty and stained making me feel uncomfortable to sleep!

Perfect location, across the street from River walk, walkable to most places, lots of things to do, restaurants, roof top lounging. We had a late check in, the hotel reception is open 24 hours. Staff were amazing. Sheets were white and fresh, good quality linen, towels were exceptionally great quality. Another plus was a water station for free water. I gave 4 stars because there was no bath wash, dust on the desk, the TV remote was delayed. There was no restaurant at hotel but there was one next door and others in close proximity. Overall, we had a great stay.

Approaching the hotel had plenty of space to park and check-in. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful and the process was quick and painless. The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and the location is perfect for shopping, dining or show going. Self parking was within two blocks and if you pay for parking with your reservation it saves you around half the cost. We would stay again.

This was my first time booking a hotel just for me and I’m so glad I went with Club Quarters. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to reserve the room and pay when I got there. The location was perfect and I walked everywhere surrounding the hotel. It was in the heart of the city and whenever I do come back to Chicago, I would love to stay here again.
