I love this location and the proximity to so many things that interest me. I would appreciate a simple placard in the room telling me how to connect to WI Fi, what floor the coffee is on. I missed that and did not like having to call and ask.

pay attention to the fine print

This is a hotel model that seems to be halfway between a full service hotel and an air bnb. I did not expect to check myself in, to have to request housekeeping, and to get relatively low support through the check in process. The price was good, and the location was good, though. Just be warned that a queen bed is not guaranteed if you book the lowest level of room, and that microwaves and refrigerators do not come standard in this hotel.

This is a great hotel for short stays! No fridge or microwave in the room. Front desk staff were AMAZING, so helpful and so nice. The hotel is in a good spot, river view is nice (also views Trump Tower, I’ll let you decide if that’s a pro or con). It was quiet inside the hotel, couldn’t hear the metro train which is a plus. You can get valet or park on your own in a garage that’s a 5 min walk away. You get discounted parking in the garage through the hotel; ask the front desk people and they will help you get it! Easy to get in and out of the parking garage with a QR code. Overall a good place to stay in downtown Chicago!
