This hotel was an easy check-in and very clean, easy check-in. It was difficult to find with GPS because it's right downtown but that was my only complaint. Great hotel for the price!
The concierge was so polite and friendly. He led to the iPad where I would check in and secured payment. It was actually refreshing to have the option to pay with Apple Pay (loved it!). They offer guests refillable water bottles (love the sustainability efforts) and glasses (not plastic) in the room. The room itself was cozy and nicely decorated. I have two concerns: the bed and blow dryer. The bed was brink hard. It was uncomfortable. The dryer was not in the bathroom or closet. It was in the nightstand next to the bed. That is the last place a person would expect to find a blow dryer. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I plan to stay here again.

Elevator was not working and was forced to take the stairs twice from the 19th floor
I really wanted to give this hotel a five star but unfortunately the amenities listed on Expedia do not align with what the hotel actually has. There was no on-site restaurant or room service and they only had one elevator working at the time. During a busy travel weekend, like on Saint Paddy‘s day, that’s a horribly inconvenient experience. When we checked in, we had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to get up to our room on the 22nd floor. It was like that going down as well. It was even so bad to where we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to get to the lobby so they could send an attendant up in the elevator to pick us up. On Saint Paddy‘s day the weight was so long that we ended up having to walk down 22 flights of stairs. Also, there is no AC in the room, just a fan. The coldest it got was 74° and that is too hot for me and my Spouse. The property itself was beautiful, we had a great view, and it was in a central location, which was great, but I wish I had known all of the other facts before I had booked.

Be prepared to WAIT for the SINGLE elevator that services the 11th floor and up. Apparently the 2nd elevator has been inoperable for a long time. It literally means adding an extra 20-30 minutes to get downstairs if the hotel is full.
We were greeted by friendly faces from check in to check out! The check in process took all of 3 minutes and the check out process took about a minute. We used the water taxi to get to Chinatown, so CQ was conveniently across the street from the pick up area. We didn’t mind walking and used the one two pru underground parking garage about 0.7 miles away (12 minute walk) to save some money on parking. Everything was great with that! Our room was very clean and our river view was gorgeous at all times of the day. This was our second stay at CQ and we definitely plan on staying again!
Easy access to good restaurants and attractions. Staff is amazing- informative and they go out of their way to help in any way they can. Rooms are clean - small but adequate. We would definitely stay here again.
Exceptional customer service. We arrived at noon and were able to do early check in at no additional cost. There’s a kiosk option to do speedy check-in as well. We loved our stay, I see they’ve made huge improvements compared to 3 years ago.
The room as fine but the property has no restaurant and no food to buy except junk food in a machine. I asked workers and they sent me to a Walkgreens where there is more junk food. I found a hamburger place and a 7 11 with hot dogs. Otherwise there are white tablecloth restaurants which I was not looking for. I just wanted some decent dinner food. Also, the hotel took my credit card for incidental and food expenses which is silly since there was no incidentals or food to buy? The entrance is dreary and uncomfortable especially if you want to meet a business person.

Really beautiful hotel with nice staff. Unfortunately there were elevators issues during our stay which is inconvenient in a hotel with 40 floors. Just unfortunate timing I would happily stay here again!
