Cons - bathroom door&main door didn’t work properly and would scrape the bottom of the floor making it hard to open n shut them , microwave wasnt cleaned before we got in our room had cheese in it from the previous people , elevator by the lobby & lobby itself could have definitely been cleaner & the head board to our bed was sticky for some reason . Wi-Fi is a pain to connect to . Pros- nice beds , water pressure in shower is AMAZING , the breakfast is small but delicious. Our room was 220 and my brothers room was down the hall & it was perfect . So overall 6/10 stay I think we just got a okay room :/

We will pass next time

Run down, not well kept up. The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions but the pool area was dirty and pretty sure there was black mold.

Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great. We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year.

Check in was easy, first was given the wrong room glad someone was not in there, staff was friendly first night 2nd night could have been better. Once in room towels still had hair on them could have been cleaned better. Smoke detector was gone, couch very dirty, bed was a bed and the AC worked. First and last time here.

The room that me and my family were in was disgusting . I saw a bug crawling from under the bed so I decided to move the bed to kill it . Upon moving the bed I seen a whole bunch of food on the floor under both beds . That was very disgusting, and unsanitary .

Its Okay For 1 Night If Your Going To Sixflags But Don’t Stay For More Than 1 Night. Staff Were Super Nice And Helpful But The Hotel Is In Terrible Shape. Super Run Down, room was terrible. Water pressure In The Shower Is Terrible, The Toilet Was Clogged Mind You We Were Not In The Room All Day & When We Finally Get Back To The Room Our Toilet Is Overflowing And There Was Water Everywhere. My Wife Went To Ask If They Can Come Fix It And They Gave Us A Plunger And Told Us We Have To Fix It Ourselves Which Was Very Off. Overall It Was Not A Great Experience.

The first room we checked into had mold on the curtains, bugs on the floor and overall dirty. Staff relocated us to another room, which was also dusty and dirty, but better than the first. The rooms are overall rundown and not well cleaned.

Hotel was dirty. Supposed to be smoke free, but rooms smelled of smoke/cigarettes. Room doors were dirty of finger prints. Too many people smoking outside the hotel. Not a great place to stay. Had bad vibes about the environment of the hotel.

This property is easily accessible and close to Six Flags, Gurnee Mills shopping, lots of dining options, movie theater. Close to the Naval base. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer breakfast from 7am-9pm.
