We chose this hotel berthed took pets. Unfortunately they didn’t have a designated dog walk area or trash receptacle for dog refuse. It would have been nice to know where they wanted the dogs walked.

While check in was good. The room could have been cleaned better in between guests, especially the toilet and bathroom. Limited breakfast options. Rude staff clearing area while we were selecting breakfast. Poor customer service and hospitality.

This property didn't meet good standards. Complaint was with the room. The furniture needed to be updated, and the bathtub had a very rusty hand bar!! There was a distinct smell, we had to open up the window. Never experience this in one of your hotels before.

Middle range

The bed was okay, the breakfast offered the expected hotel basics and was definitely mediocre but about what you'd expect from free. Internet went out almost every night after 11 until I'd tell the desk in the morning at 8 and they'd reset the router, which i was told only the morning shift could do. The people were kind. Cleaners don't particularly pay attention to "do not disturb" signs but are great at cleaning. I will probably stay somewhere else at this price in the future. If this were a discount- style hotel i wouldn't have had a single complaint.

One room had toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom and paint bubbles from water damage on the walls. The other room had silly string on the walls and you can see where the walls had been touch up painted.

Easy location to get to, about an hr from downtown Chicago...right off the highway. Next to a movie theater. No concerns on room cleanliness. Quiet hotel. Stayed there Thur-Sun. Free breakfast included 2 hot options, scrambled eggs and meat. Sausage one day, bacon the next, and ham the last day. Pool only open from 9am-8pm, so we never got to use it. It was pretty small in size. Front desk staff very polite. Easy safe on site parking. We'd come back.

I did not like the manufacturer across the stree with the very bright lights coming through my window. Not very sound proof as we could hear people above us walking and running around at all hours. Over all nice place to sleep. I felt secure. Yes,i would stay again.
