This was once my FAVORITE HOTEL to stay at when I travel to Illinois THE SERVCE has truly fallen off Example Guest services The guy at the desk offering chips & water for reward members and than says there’s coffee!!!! WHAT ICE it was ridiculously cold and I went out came bk 2 hours later ICE COFFEE . Once loved but my hear is broken
