It’s clean, pleasant and quiet. The guy who checked me in was so nice! Great convo and info! The Only thing I don’t like is my heating in my room doesn’t work and it’s freezing. Once the temperature dropped I tried to turn it up and it doesn’t work. I wasn’t offered another room seeing I have two small kids. Also, she came in to check and told me maintenance is not here so pretty much I have to stay in a cold room. Then most of the power sockets don’t work either. But other than that I would recommend for a quick nice stay.

Upon arrival, the main lobby entrance reeked of strong marijuana, which permeated the hallway that led to my room. The room itself smelled like bleach and chlorine, and there was hair all over my bed. It was so disgusting I complained immediately and was moved to a room next door. The condition of the rooms was awful with dirty walls, a filthy couch, and dents and knicks on the walls and furniture. The tv kept shutting off. The shower water never ran hot and only ran cold forcing me to take a bath every night. No one ever changed my Linen or anything from housekeeping a single time that I was there aside from the *1* day I had a DND sign hanging on the outside of my door. The only good thing here was the staff who was pleasant, friendly and kind. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I checked in with no problem. When I got into my room to place extra clothing in the closet, a big cockroach was already living in there. Then I went to the front desk to request another room and the agent asked if I took a photo of the roach. Umm no call EcoLabs and gimme my new room. Then I asked for extra towel after leaving the pool and the desk agent didn’t want provide any. Ok cool. Then before bed, I requested extra bedding for the sleepover sofa and was denied again. This property was the worse I’ve ever seen

I was surprised that I had to be buzzed in to the front door during the day time. In the morning the person maintaining the breakfast area turned the TV from the morning news to a Spanish language sitcom so she could watch vs the 4 people having breakfast. For the price it was alright but I was a male traveling alone. I would not take my wife or send my daughter to this address. The businesses around it (gas stations) also had notes regarding no hoodies or masks allowed

Stayed 4 days for a tournament, wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room was not very clean there was trash from the previous visitor still between the beds and the air conditioner. The floor made our feets black if we didn’t leave our shoes on… There were spiders in the bed and the shower one crawled on one of us while sleeping. Good luck getting clean towels. The front doors lock so you need your card in the later hours. I was questioned about how many guest would be staying with me multiple times so intrusive not trying to be helpful. Staff was friendly but hard to find in the evenings. Rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days if you stay for long periods. The pillows are tiny recommend bringing your own. The beds were less than comfortable for the high dollar price of staying here. You are not allowed to take anything from “breakfast” out side of that area or to your room. Best thing about the area we could find is the gas station is the cheapest by $1 in town. We not recommend families or children brought to this area of town.
