Standards!!!

The pictures on the website failed to deliver the actual reality. To be honest, it wasn’t what I was used to as far as hotel stays when I travel. I actually booked another hotel within the vicinity that met my standards. However my family that came up from the south were were able to stay there.

This was a dirty unkept environment. My room was infested with ants that got into everything! The staff was accommodating and allowed us to leave early with a refund for the additional days we didn't stay.

Quick stay

Great about early check in/ late check out. Entrance reeked of stale drugs and room smelled like cleaned up vomit. Private hot tub listing is misleading as it's a deep jacuzzi tub. Decent continental breakfast. Walls are very thin, heard others on the floor fighting and the people above is stomping around. Overall ok for an overnight quick stay.

At arrival i had my receipt with my FULL payment and confirmation number already done. I was informed at checkin that the room rate changed and i was going to need to be charged more. Im on s fixed income and this trip was budgeted to the penny. So, now not only did i have to pay MORE then i was told theres a $100 deposit fee id supposedly get it back in 8 days but taking my extra money didn't help. The pullout couch mattress had a giant red stain on it amongst others. We found hairs in the tub still. When i asked for bedding because unfortunately we did have to use the pull out all they would give me was a mattress pad and 2 sheets. No blankets or pillows. This was the worst stay ive had at any Comfort Inn.

They have BED BUGS!!! They have the heat on 100 to try to kill them and they still allow people in the rooms. If you don’t say anything they won’t. Very disgusting. My two kids were there

First I am so disappointed because I frequent Comfort suites in Lombard il. location is HORRIBLE! 1.My room was way smaller than advertised 2.My room was dirty it had urine stains and blood stains on the floor. 3. I booked NON SMOKING because I do not smoke and am allergic to tobacco. The whole hotel smelled loudly of tobacco and marijuana 4. Prostitution was taking place at this location as well there was a male coaching nd instructing young women in and out the hotel 5. The swimming pool was really dirty Very disappointed I had to go to another hotel to stay the night!

On check in we were given a room and when we got to it the door was open, the bed had clearly been sat or stood on, the microwave and refrigerator doors were also open. When I went back to the desk to ask for a new room, the desk clerk insisted the room was clean. I had to ask multiple times for a different room. When we got to our next room it (and the rest of the hotel in general) appeared very run down and not properly cared for. I will not be booking here again.

The hot breakfast was delicious I love the customer service from the front desk.Who had like a sore throw or something but her voice is Is really low but she has great customer service skills Very helpful very informative My only thing was is that it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and there were people smoking all through out the hotel I wish they could stay a little bit open longer for their pools
