Everything was perfect and the staff were very helpful although the charter bus was not available due to something wrong went with the battery, they get us an uber so we won't miss our flight . Nice and respectful staff . The WIFI wasn't good at our room but was okay in the lounge

Good stay overall. Property could use some updating, but everything was as expected. Breakfast was good. Didn’t hear people in rooms adjacent to us hardly at all. Beds were comfortable, except the pull out sofa.

Need some compensation for this awful experience.

My toilet overflowed and I was given no compensation because it was out of hotels’ control according to their staff. I did receive a free sandwich and they did offer to let me get another room but as I being nice and told them I would vacate room rather than having another room to clean. This happened at about 7:00 am
