Had to pay $18 for a parking spot, the spot is in a completely unsecured lot in a rough area, signs everywhere saying the hotel is not responsible if any there’s or damage to car. Area is rough The room was grubby and smelly, the pillows where little square sofa type cushions. Cleanliness- worn and needing updating… I slept on top of the covers and covered my pillows with one of my shirts. Breakfast was good. On check out the receptionist was mind blowingly rude and unhelpful. Either scowling or ignoring everyone. Plenty of other nice hotels in close proximity to the airport for the same price. Don’t bother

I had an early flight out of O’hare so stayed at Comfort Inn. The shuttle service was very good and the front desk staff were excellent The room was quiet and comfortable

Close to convention center.Shirley the shuttle driver is great! Rooms not too clean, not due to your cleaning people, but dirt in bathroom tiles, room corners, stain on rug. Front desk people alternated between friendly and indifferent. Breakfast wasnt good but we understand budget constraints.Appreciated the gym and priximity to stores nearby.

Nice place to stay near ORD
Nice place to stay close to the airport. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom and very quiet. Shampoo and soap only available for one guest. Parking is rather expensive, it should be free. Fee for a small pet too high. Good cup of coffee.
