Overall the room and service was excellent, though one of the side table/outlets/lamp would not work. The lamp would flicker on for a few minutes then turn off, so just used a charger on the other side to charge my phone. Also the pillows were very tiny, but was also user error in that it took one night to figure out the pillows were actually folded in half inside the pillow cases. Lol Overall great experience though!

I really like the quality and condition of the in room jacuzzis. The free breakfast is okay. Not the best but a good start to the day. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We were staying for my daughter’s US Navy graduation and I can’t think of one thing to complain about. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful, we didn’t have one bad experience with the staff. The breakfast was good the hot tub worked and those were my main worries. There is an amazing deep deep pizza right down the road!! A place to shoot pool, I would highly recommend this hotel!! And thank you for our amazing experience.

Overall we had a great time there. The breakfast had lots of options. Wish they would have offered sugar free syrup for the waffles. The room was very clean, and very spacious! the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfy. The only thing that was subpar was the water pressure. It was pitiful. Hardly any pressure definitely wasnt a good experience with that. The tv was lacking channels. Not a lot of choice. But I would stay there again. All of the employees were friendly.

Had to go to main lobby on 3 separate occasions : out of toilet paper, needed more towels, no bedding supplied for pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was also dirty and had food crumbs on it.
