Horrible stay.

My stay was Horrible. No wifi. No remote to turn on the television. The telephone did not work to call down stairs. I stayed in North 834. Horrible room. I wanted to drink coffee but the coffee machine was dirty. Unpleasant stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Clean and comfortable enough

Clean, comfortable and staff usually responds quickly. The walls are very thin, there were a lot of people in the lobby constantly but there is a lot of security and staff present so it still felt safe. My bathtub had no stopper in it so I couldn’t take a bath, that was a bummer, but there was a shower.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I had high hopes that since i had booked the rooms several months in advanced that they would have been together, but I'm sure that is not something that can be helped. I had a wonderful stay and that is what mattered the most.

The staff was AMAZING! The hotel, on the oter hand, is terribly out dated. I expected better accommodations for a hotel that's located on Michigan Ave. There's LOTS of room for improvement with the hotel.

Standard suite was great for 3. Nice room! Bedroom for adults and living room couch for kid. Free breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Lots of bread items and muffins. Some potatoes, eggs, cheap bacon. Would stay again.
