No microwave no swimming pool Bathroom sink on but hard to turn off. Toilet had to be flushed twice no valet no on site parking second day service didn’t give fresh towels ice makers on floors didn’t work

Great location, friendly staff. Bummer that you have to request to have the room cleaned daily at the front desk. It should be done automatically. Besides, it’s a place I’ll always stay when I visit Chicago.
