I am demanding a refund. The lack of cleanliness and the room smelled so bad we couldn’t even enjoy the one night stay. We left the same night. Also don’t eat at real time sports we found a cockroach in our food!

The hotel was beautiful. The ved was very comfortable. I usually never sleep good our first night in hotels but i sleptnlike a baby. We didnt get up in time for breakfast so I cant say how it was. The hotbtub was disappointing, wasnt even warm the water coming out was cold

I will never come back to this Hotel. Really bad costumer service Nobody cleaned my room, I did tip the lady in front of her supervisor to please and thank you take the garbage out and clean my room!!! No garbage bags No dry towels No house keeping available Hut tub with cold water OMG a bad service totally!

A great choice for a short trip with kids. The pool is open long hours and they have a small gym area. The location is close to the Woodfield Mall and other shopping. Would stay here again in the future.
