The staff were very nice. The room was clean! Breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the smell of weed twice upon entering and getting off the elevator to our floor. We did report it to the front desk and she said she’ll keep an eye out. This is a smoke-free and pet-free place, which is the exact reason we chose to stay. It needs to be smoke free then!

We were given a handicap room, I am not. However the door was extremely heavy and hard to open. The bednwas verybfurm while the pillow was not supportive. The pool ok, but the hot tub was more like a warm bath, and kids under 16 in it.

Average customer service at check in Buy 5:00 p.m. they were out of pool towels and would not give you any more. This resulted in many people just walking around the hotel dripping water everywhere. Not to be mean but I sure hope someone fell and sues them for this. Bad was pretty hard but acceptable No blankets on the bed only a sheet to cover up with. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not return
