We stayed in a King room with jacuzzi and fireplace and the room was very clean. The hotel's hot tub and pool were very nice and clean and my kids spent hours swimming and enjoying themselves. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection but was your typical hotel breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

The best thing overall was that an Expedia VIP, I was treated to a free wine bottle upon my arrival. Made me feel special! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a large variety of items. The hotel is very nice for the price although a few updates would make it superb! The location was amazing and had so many things to do and so many restaurant options! The pool was a bit smaller than other hotels, but it was heated so that made up for it.

do not stay here if you want a hotel that cares. we were locked out of our room for 3 hours because our door didn't work and they didn't have the proper tools to fix it on site. we weren't able to use the hot tub and missed dinner reservations while being locked out. we asked for a late checkout the next day because of our inconvenience and wanting to use the hot tub and basically was met with a manager who did not care about our issues and told us "it happened it everybody" and refused to compensate us for anything. we were told if we stayed we would be charged for a rate higher then we originally paid. will not be back. do no recommend

The room was okay, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Problems were, i got the room as a mini get away for my wife and i. I chose your hotel because of the jacuzzi/ pool and fitness center. It took hours for me to get in the fitness center on Thursday and i couldn't use the fitness center at all on Friday! The room temp kept getting cold.
