All good until the end :(
The entire stay was amazing until the very end. I chose this hotel due to the 12 pm chrckout. At 11 there was a knock at the door and someone saying time to checkout! When i showed them the text I had that let us stay until noon, they said ok and let us be. Then at 1147 they were back again, this time trying to enter the room. Everything else was fantastic. The woman who checked us in Saturday night was enthusiastic and friendly, room was great, breakfast was fine, but that last hour made it seem like they wanted us gone. Ruined an otherwise great stay.

I loved the staff the manager was super friendly and nice. We got free cookies they baked (which was awesome and sweet of them.) My only complaint would be the bed. We stayed for 2 nights and evertime i woked up my neck would be stiff. The bed was firm. Too firm for me. But other than that the stay was great!

Consistently very welcoming. The room was warm, clean, new and fresh. The front desk manager was awesome. Very warm and helpful. Breakfast was great. Few hot breakfast options. Free cocktail and fresh baked cookies were very pleasant surprise and very welcoming.

Upon request, they had a crib ready in our room. Since they knew we had young children with us, they proactively placed us in the furthest room from construction. Building is older, but rooms are good enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with several options. The Happy Hour was disappointing as really it was wine and some crackers and cheese. I wanted a cocktail and they were out of tonic water. The pool and spa were great, but the hot tub was closed for part of my stay. The light in the bathroom kept flashing. It was an average experience.

Good and clean hotel with great service.
Beautiful and clean hotel, the breakfast wasn’t all that good but it was hot and fresh. Very clean pool and hot tub, room has a mini fridge and microwave that worked good. The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful, will stay here again!

OK if you don’t mind fire alarms
Fire alarm was pulled during our stay and no reason as for why.. was told the next morning “oh there was a wedding that night and someone drunk probably pulled it..” it was real fun getting my 3 year old back to bed at 12:30am. Pool area was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Room was OK, was a little outdated.

TV in the living room did not work front front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was the weekend and I would have to talk to the manager on Monday on Monday. The service was great! The lady at thefront desk was super nice and awesome! The bed abd pillows were a little soft for my liking, but thats my personal preference. The room was great! Especially for the price. Would definitely go again!
