Nobody on the entire staff cared about the comfort of the hotel guests. My wife and I were there for 7 nights and housekeeping was never in our room. I had to use wet towels for my entire stay. I asked for housekeeping every day and they never showed up. I am through with this hotel. I would fire them all!!

The hotel was clean and well kept, service was friendly and fast. The room was accommodating and fairly priced. Only complaint is that the floors need updating.

Didn't like the fact of seeing a roach in the hallway on the first floor. Didn't like that breakfast was over at 9 am oppose to 10 am like most other hotels offering breakfast. Didn't like the fact of no face towels in our room.

The first two nights, the air conditioner rattled loudly. The maintenance man came and thought he fixed it, but then it didn't cool at all. The following night, the weather changed and it was cold out. The heater didn't work either.

When we got there staff was having to deal with an argumentative customer and they were handing it great, but it was taking too long so we decided to come back. We had noticed a sign that said “pool and whirlpool” and were excited to come back to swim and use the whirlpool later in the day. When we arrived later in the day for checkin, it went smoothly and the front desk clerk was great. When we got to our room we noticed the bed was significantly hard and the pillows deflated very quickly. It was not comfortable. The shower water was lukewarm at best and the knob was coming off the wall. We were very disappointed to find that there was no whirlpool and the pool closed at 8. The breakfast was great, but we were ready to go home to say the least.

The hotel stay was pretty average. Things could have been maintained/ cleaned a little better. My biggest issue was upon check in i gave the manager a card to hold the room(that was his explanation) and i told him i would pay cash at check out. He said that wasn't a problem and finished checking us in. When checking out, i was informed by another employee that i had already paid for the room... although the issue didn't cause any financial problems, it was annoying that it shows the manager wasn't really listening.

It was very nice, and bed was comfortable. As far as Cleaning. The maids need to check under TV cabinet. It wasn't so clean with old food that got under it? Would stay again.

The concierge was sleep and I had to wait about 10mins to check in. The room had a bad smell and house keeping didn’t have air freshener. I called the front desk for the wifi code and never got an answer so O figured he went back to sleep.

The front desk was amazing at check-in. The room was also top-notch. Our only negative comment would be breakfast. The breakfast area was not clean. I found a spray bottle of disinfectant to clean the table we sat at. The food items were not stocked! We (and others) waited for eggs and sausage. There were only a few slices of bread and bagels. Those items were never restocked. The breakfast was our only disappointment. We’ve stayed at your hotel many times. This was the first time we were disappointed in the breakfast.

The rooms had a mildew smell. The toilet were made for children and not adults. As a 62 year old individual it was very hard sitting that low and trying to rise off it. The staff when I arrived was not at the desk I had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up to help and then I felt she charged me an extra $100 on my card because of my skin tone. She firsted stated $50 and looked up at me and said I mean $100. Finally no one came to clean our room on Saturday. So we had no fresh towels.. when inquired the staff said since Covid they cleaned only 3 days, her words all the hotel are doing it. A lie. I’m a traveler and other hotels do not. The rooms are old and need to be redone. The air barely worked. I was not satisfied!

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Hotel was well kept. My only suggestion would be to have furniture/carpet in the rooms professionally cleaned. The red cloth chair had stains on the cushion. The carpet also had some stained spots. Bathrooms and everything else was cleaned very well. Common areas were very tidy. I would stay here again.

Missing toilet paper roll. Dirty toilet. AC unit cover was laying on the floor. They refused to bring more food out for the continental breakfast even though there was over 30 mins left. Garbage was over flowing next to the breakfast area and an employee walked right by it and decided to make himself a waffle instead of taking it out. Just a below par hotel, especially for $300 a night. Go elsewhere
