Would stay here again. Loved the location; walkable to Great America and a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Could use a little sprucing up, but it wasn't anything terrible. Would be nice to have more than one steamer tray of warm food options for breakfast.

Good to great hotel overall, please note, however, that it is directly across the street from a theme park so the clientele here is quite rambunctious. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because kids kept running around in the hallway making a racket.

Just average

The carpet in the common area was dirty but the floor in the room was a hard surface so it seemed clean. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options but it lacked real cream or real half and half for the coffee. Just a milk derivative whatever that is. I ended up using the 2% milk which is not the same. The bathroom in our room looked nice and clean. The tp was soft. Overall the room was adequate and got the job done.

Would not choose this hotel

The room was very small compared with other hotels of the same type. Cosmetically it could use a refresh of tile in the shower. We could not get any water out of the shower head that wasn’t scalding hot unless the water was barely turned on. The room also didn’t have much in the way of soundproofing. We could hear people walking around on the floor above us. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless there wasn’t any other choice.

The room we got was good. But wow was it hard to sleep with all the noise on the floor. Doors slamming all night and people yelling and chatting on and off in the hallway throughout the night as well. Also when i checked in the staff was very unfriendly, basically just stared at me when i walked up and said I have room there.

Staff was great! Weekday breakfast was adequate but weekend breakfast was on point! Pool was only open in the evenings which was frustrating, but other than that, it was a good, comfortable, convenient place to stay.

I chose this hotel because it said it had a pool and breakfast. The pool wasn’t usable except 6-10pm. They said they were treating it. I wanted to cancel, but was worried I wouldn’t find another place. We were going to have the breakfast, but it looked run down and others were complaining about it being “gross”.
