Our 3-night stay was perfectly fine; but as a guest in a wheelchair, I’d like to offer 3 improvement suggestions: 1) lower beds for easier access for people who can’t easily stand up. 2) the bathroom sink should be lowered to an ADA standard, with a tilted mirror 3) the floating towel shelf in the bathroom is lowered, which I understand, but because of that, I hit my head on the corner of the unit twice getting on/off the toile

Nice family weekend getaway

The hot tub jets didn't work so that was very disappointing. The one thing we were really looking forward to relaxing in. The other things were very nice. No cleaning of rooms but you could ask for towels. We asked the front desk for towels to be taken to our room and never received them. Got in late that night and no washcloths to use. The next day we asked the day clerk, and he got them for us right away.
