Our window fell out of the frame in the middle of the night and woke us up!! Curtains were dirty and there was a black spot on bathroom floor mat. Beds were clean, everything else not so much!

It’s a basic hotel, but it’s comfortable and the beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure is good. Free breakfast everyday. Makes you feel at home

The person checking me in was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable, not to mention incompetent because it took him over half an hour to find our reservation even when I gave him our Hotels.com reservation and itinerary number. THEN they charged my credit card on file THREE TIMES for the stay and there is no phone number that will connect you to the hotel and even corporate was unable to help because, Once again, they could not find our itinerary #. I'm still trying to correct, what is in my opinion credit card fraud, and will probably just have to have my credit card company eat it when it's not their fault. This hotel should not be on a reputable site like Hotels.com - Take it off!
