I stay there for 11 days. They didn’t clean my room until I check out. My wife got sick, and even they didn’t come to change the bath towel. I called lobby many times and they said well send someone, but nobody came. So I think its a bad choice.

Accessible King suite is not as pictured and there were NO allowances or options provided to rectify the issue. Very bad customer service at the hotel. The hotel said Expedia was to blame. Expedia tried to resolve the issue with the hotel and requested refund of one nights stay. But it never happened.

The man at the front desk that checked us in and was also there when we checked out was exceptional! I should have got his name. He’s very friendly and compassionated when it comes to kids. He understood how important it was to us that my 20 month old granddaughter got her beauty sleep. The property was clean and in good condition! Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, pool was warm. I have no complaints.
