The cleaning service is terrible. They only provided 2 towels for 4 people. Cleaning is every 3 days and they don't change the sheets. They don't clean the bathroom or the sink and they charge extra on the card. Bad experience with my family. I would not recommend this hotel chain. Terrible service from the staff.

The people next to me were loud I could not sleep and there was a child over my head, bouncing a ball and I could not sleep or change my room because the hotel was at capacity on Saturday night also, I thought I would get a senior discount on my room and I did not

The front dest didnt have proper communication when i arrived they told me the room i had isnt available because of water leaking they had to switch my rooms which took a lot longer than i would have liked, a phone call to me before i got there would have been appreciated

I have stayed multiple times. Always friendly and accommodating. I dislike the parking fee. No one can explain why my room rate doesn’t include a random parking spot in the parking lot pf the hotel. Not right!
