Great. I was here for work and was very comfortable. I worked from my room as well as the lobby and felt fine doing both. Staff was SO warm and welcoming! Not common these days, and so appreciated. Would stay here again!

Very clean. However, very hot rooms

It is a very clean hotel in a nice area. The room was done up nicely as well. My only criticism is that the room was so hot that it made very hard for us to get a good nights rest. When we asked the front desk about it or getting a fan they were extremely rude to us. I'm not sure I could sleep here again with the temperature of the rooms only able to go down to 67. This was also in the winter when it was cold outside. I couldn't imagine staying here in the summer months.

Awesome location for walking to just about anything. Great service, cafe for breakfast. Only negative is that there were frequent police/fire sirens pretty much nightly.

A few reviews had mentioned the noise on the street and I disregarded them as I know what it’s like to stay in a city hotel. Well those fire and police alarms were louder than I expected. We had trouble with a toilet but the service to fix it was quick. They ended up switching our room. It was exactly what you’d expect to happen in that situation. Rooms are nice, pillows are thin. Convenient location but that means also busy.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I went to buy some snacks one night and the man on the front desk told me he would take care of it for me. Such a nice gesture! The hotel was clean, in a perfect location and the staff were super accommodating and friendly.

Terrible sofa bed.

We booked the suite to have the sofa bed for our daughter, it was the worst excuse for a sofa bed. Can't believe they advertised it as that.
