When I checked in, my gal wasn’t clear and didn’t explain where I was to park. My daughter had to go back in and ask again. We had to go out on main road and go around the building. My gal never explained that. She said go to the white rails. You can’t miss it. Well ya you can becuz one the the hotel shuttles had it blocked off. That’s when we went back inside to ask again. Also I had bought two breakfast tickets with our reservation. My gal never gave those to us at checkin. I had to go to the desk later to inquire about our tickets and a different gal got them for us. Mand then the pool water was FREEZING!!! That was a huge disappointment for me. I chose a hotel with a pool for a reason!!
