The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the shuttle from the airport to it, and from it back to the airport. And the Shuttle was a big issue for me. We had to wait over an hour for it before leaving the airport. And when we needed to leave to get to the airport to make our flight, the shuttle could not be found. There were like 12 people in the entryway/outside relying on it. Finally after waiting 15-20 minutes about 7 people got into their own “Uber/Lyft” to make sure they didn’t miss their own flights. There was no one to point us to the shuttle, just the guy at the desk saying “yep the shuttle leaves at the top and bottom of the hour.” It wouldn’t be so disturbing, but I got up at 4:20am to make sure I could get on that first shuttle, and by everyone neglecting their job it left a dozen or so guests tired, mad, and stressed that they’d miss their flights. It’s unacceptable in my eyes. And I will never stay at this hotel again, and recommend that everyone to avoid it unless they have other, actual reliable, transportation.

The hotel was conveniently located near the convention. The room and facilities were always clean and maintained. The continental breakfast was well done and fresh. The only drawback was out of the 5 elevators that were usable by the end of the first night one was out of order and by the second night a second one was. Only a, slight inconvenience.
