The room was very clean and they came to clean and tidy our room everyday even in Thanksgiving! If you asked for something you didn’t have to wait more than 5 min. The Starbucks and restaurant downstairs was awesome! We loved it there and it was so nice and convenient. I love this hotel and will be back! Thank you

The entrance to the hotel is Not lit and it's right off a very busy road, so our entrance was a bit fraught. The fragrance used in the lobby was overwhelming for my partner who is sensitive to smells. It wasn't a Bad smell, simply Much, Much too strong. She developed a headache almost immediately! Will review further in the morning once we see what breakfast and check-out is like.

Rooms are dark, dingy, filthy carpet, filthy windows, this isn’t isolated this is the condition throughout. Not enough staff wait time at the desk was unacceptable. When I asked about the Internet I was told it’s very slow due to Hotel capacity. However, I was later told that they were at low capacity and their Internet was always slow. I way over paid for this place. I don’t recommend!
