Our room was close to the ice machine. I didn’t realize how many people need ice in the middle of the night. Couldn’t use the pool, too many kids with noodles and floats. Didn’t sleep well. Very noisy people in the hall mixed with the ice machine noise. Won’t stay there again. But the staff were very nice. They text me about my stay and I submitted a complaint and I still haven’t gotten a reply. I’m sure that’s all automated.
