I stayed here to run the ChiMarathon property nice and clean however when I went to sleep on my first night there was a vapor in the sheets, I just wondered how that could have been overlooked. The staff listened and gave me a $50 credit for the restaurant. The next day after running 26.2 miles thirsty and wanting to use a the sealed cup to get some ice, I broke the plastic and realized that the cup had been used it had a very vivid reddish residual in it very spooky and gross. House keeping happened to be around there and I showed them. At this point I did not even want to stay there anymore because I did not trust the place and I did not want them to think that I was looking for any credits. I will stay somewhere else next time the place is nice and convenient but those were enough incidents to turn me off.

This property have a nasty stale smell. The carpet is filthy. The towel were dingy and most had old stains on them. The hot water on the sink was just a drizzle. I was told I had a room with the city view. Not so all I heard was loud sirens horns and traffic all night. Oh and let’s not forget the loud A/C. I will never stay at another doubletree thus was my first and last time. This is a 1 star property!!!

I went the end of sep 2024 the hotel was nice and clean . I just didn’t like how you can hear everything through the walls but other than that I loved my stay thanks to aquanette she was so sweet and so helpful . She even found me in my friend a driver to make sure we get to the airport safe. She makes me wanna come back imma miss her . Such a beautiful soul and everybody there so friendly definitely recommend

We stayed at the hotel one night. The sink had no room to set your toiletries. There was no tub, just a shower curtain, so the water creeped onto the bathroom floor. The grout in the shower looked dirty. There was no microwave in the room. For the price we paid, I expected more. Will never stay there again.

Very convenient place in terms of walkable distance to many dining/shopping option, yet not on the main thoroughfare that its crowded and noisy. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel smelled fresh throughout. Staff was friendly.

The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The room is very dated, the office chair was peeling "leather" off most of it and it was stained in the places that were peeling. The shower had pink mold between the tiles, the towels were stained and did not smell the best. I asked housekeeping for different towels and some body wash. They did not speak to me they just handed me not what I asked for then when I asked again they handed me the right items. Parking was difficult dut to all of the construction surrounding the building. There was sirens all night. unsure if there was a station right by the hotel or why there was such a large number of emergency responses.

The hotel was great. I was placed in a room. Where constructoon was going on outside. I had planned to sleep in, but at 715 the sound of a jack hanmer woke me up.
