The hotel had no water and did nothing about it! Not a drop in the sink and the water in the shower was yellowish brown and freezing cold. The receptionist told us there was a broken water pipe in the city, but we were not given any solutions or alternate accommodation options for our 3 day stay. They gave us bottled water to brush our teeth - that is all! We went 3 days without a shower and finally showered when we got back home to Canada! We had booked the Junior suite for the Valentine's day weekend as it was my birthday weekend as well. My 2 year old daughter was excited to go to the pool, but the pool was closed and even when the news said the water issue was fixed, the hot water boiler was not switched on at the hotel and the pool was still closed. We had to go to another hotel nearby and pay for my daughter to use their pool. Really disappointed and I will never be going back there!

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering helpful advice about local attractions. One of the highlights of this property is its prime location. It's perfectly situated within walking distance to all the major shopping centers, dining options, and entertainment venues. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was just a short stroll away, making it incredibly convenient. Parking at the hotel was also hassle-free, with ample spaces available, which made coming and going easy. I never had to worry about finding a spot or paying exorbitant parking fees, which is often a challenge in busy areas. What truly stood out to me during my stay, however, was the sense of safety and security the hotel provided. As a solo traveler, feeling secure is always a top priority, and this hotel gave me peace of mind. The property felt well-maintained, with good lighting around the grounds and a visible security presence that made me feel comfortable walking around at any time of day or night. Overall, this hotel offers everything you could want from a place to stay—excellent customer service, a convenient location, easy parking, and a strong sense of safety. Beautiful hotel. Clean and great-smelling

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, safe, great staff, and decorated beautifully. Room was clean and nice smelling. Comfortable bed, great shower and an AMAZING tv. I think it was a 50 inch. Shower was great. Amazing sink and amazing backlit mirror.
