This hotel could use some updating. While there are bedside outlets, I was surprised there were no USB ports. Also, while having an in-room coffee station is great, in order to actually use it, I had to move it into the bathroom. On top of that, the coffee pods aren't refilled by housekeeping. When I asked reception for coffee pod refills, they had no idea what I was talking about. There are very few dining options nearby. The facility was clean enough and safe enough, but beyond that, it was pretty basic.

It was fine. Property was fine. Only thing notable is they have patios/balconies, which I’ve learned is few and far between in this area. If you don’t care about that, though, then there are certainly better, more affordable options out there.

The lady at the front desk tried to charge my card over $100 twice and lied to me and told me my hotel wasn’t paid for. After two attempts she finally charge me $25 dollars but twice on my card. Absolutely terrible. Plus I have a video with bugs in the drawers.. absolutely horrible. I definitely want a refund for this experience

Our first room had no hot water, when we asked to be moved she said no rooms are available since they were fully booked. I asked why can't you put us in a room that they haven't checked into and she said that would be logical but she couldn't. After my sister said how she had been at the airport all day and couldn't shower and needed to out of nowhere the room next to us became available, however, the maintenance guy told us that those rooms tend to not have hot water so we didn't want the next room to be the same. And out of nowhere she finds another room on the 3rd floor. Mind you this is all after my sister asked how we would be compensated since we had no hot water. Asking for compensation and BAM two rooms become available when there weren't any available?! Poor customer service. And then we get put in a room that when you flush it makes a loud noise you could hear in the hallway. We didn't want to go through anymore hassles and just pushed through the noise!

It's in an industrial area, so there are no grocery stores or easy to reach convenience stores by foot. It is also about a 40 minute drive into the city. Breakfast is listed as "included", but it is in fact not. It is offered at $10 a person for continental, and $15 a person for a hot buffet of eggs, potatoes, sausage, and oatmeal. There are no signs for the door saying, "please do not disturb", so housekeeping knocked every morning around 8. The bed and the shower were very nice.
