Area seemed safe. A lot of noise from the interstate. Could use a remodel.. it’s very dated and kinda dingy to be a Hilton hotel. The WiFi took an act of congress to get on.. I finally just said forget it. The bed felt worn out, almost like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Our room was on the first floor. When I checked in, no directions were given on where to go to get to our room, so we roamed around a bit. Finally found it, but would have been nice to be told where it was.

We found the hotel cozy and the staff really friendly. While the hotel rooms are outdated, they were super clean and comfy. We appreciate the warm cookies before bed. Only feedback is that the phone systems were not working so you either call the main line using your cell or go down to front desk. Calling in took a long time. Overall, great place to stay and only 30 mins away from downtown Chicago!

Our bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in. We got a suit room that sleeps "5 people", folding couch bed was uncomfortable and no place for the 5th person to sleep. Our room was right by the elevator, noise of people waiting or coming in and out was loud thought the night, didn't get a good rest.
