The property and building is clean and well kept. There is a grab and go cafe onsite with delicious coffee, pastries, sandwiches and snacks as well as a full service restaurant with strong drinks and great food. The rooms are clean and I haven't experienced any noise from the rooms next door or outside. The staff is friendly and quick to accommodate. The location is very easy accessible to the highway and suburbs. It's conveniently located in between shopping, Woodfield and Oakbrook malls and a variety of dining options are all within a reasonable driving distance.

it was ok
This is a beautiful resport, and but I kept finding hair in my room (in the bathtub, and in the small refrigerator. I asked the front desk if they could take care of it, and after they did, there was more hair in those places. The bowling alley needs to be updated...but the main reason you go to this resort is for the spa and the golf course, where both of them are top notch and breathtaking. I will be back to the spa, but not sure about the resort.

It was a nice resort, a lot on property. Food was expensive on site and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The bed wasn’t the coziest and the pool was freezing cold and you had to walk outside which suck when it’s cold and your hair is still wet (the do have blow dryers available).
