This hotel was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again as I was there for a short trip this time around so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would’ve liked to. The area is great, and the staff was very pleasant.

Customer service is abysmal! There could be 3 people at the front desk, and only 1 person will be serving a long line of people trying to check in. They also had a cardboard “Back Soon” sign at the front desk a lot. They didn’t give me the room I wanted on the first floor so I could open the patio doors and let my dog out. Dog fee is $75 in addition to the $165 fee for their rooms. This place is NOT PET friendly or people friendly, but their rooms are clean & nice looking.

The room was clean and spacious. The entire staff was so friendly and quickly accommodating! There was a lady working the front desk at the pool area she was EVERYTHING!! It was my son’s birthday and she made it her priority to sing happy birthday to him! I will definitely be back again
